Who We Are

We are a small Boutique Real Estate Company located in the Fort Collins area. Our goal is to help guide our clients every step of the way, with each transaction. We specialize in Residential Real Estate and abide by the Code of Ethics for Realtors.

Mendy has over 20 years of real estate experience and has worked at The Group Inc., Coldwell Banker, and Century 21. She has also spent five years selling new construction for local builders like FR Development and Hartford Homes. She was a Realtor in California and later moved to Fort Collins in 2004 with her family. They were in search of a slower paced community with great schools and accessibility to hiking, camping and boating. She quickly fell in love with all that the Fort Collins area has to offer and proudly calls Colorado her home! Mendy has spent years in customer service industries, has coached youth sports, volunteered years of her time with LA County and Poudre School District classrooms and was an Instructor here in town. Her attention to detail, patience and attentiveness are qualities that make her successful!

As Mendy’s daughter, Madison has grown up helping her mother out and loves the Real Estate industry.

DaNae is our special events photographer and personal relations rep! She loves to use her social skills spreading the word about P Realty.

Brittany takes care of our social media and marketing. She is great at multitasking and keeping the office organized!

Lauren is passionate about decorating and it shows! She loves working with clients, advising them on how to declutter, how to rearrange existing furniture and guides you on what to pack away. Her goal is to allow for a more inviting “first impression”. She is always willing to help P Realty with an “Occupied Home Staging”.
